Hello,
I just noticed today that my payment factor lowered radically, as of yesterday it was 1.0 and just today I noticed that it fell to 0.49.
I do not quite understand why this happened and i want to know it, the other issue is that i noticed that the quantity of products does not make sense, it is not the actual quantity of products that i made during the month.
If someone could solve my doubts it would be great.
