Hi .  
I’m interested in making Plymouth themes and themes for Gnome. I don’t know where to start. any help is appreciated.

I’m not an expert, but I suggest that you edit themes that already exist, that way you’ll learn faster, the other option that you can use, is to read the documentation but it’s more boring, regards
