# Can not login with Github

I think this time there is a problem logging in for many people. I do not know what to do. In the login screen, there is no login with **github**. My friend asked me what to do if I could login without **github**.
Can anyone recommend?

@rvs75 We clicked on Reset Password and got the Email Address, but nothing happened in Email Box. There was no email notification from [Opendesktop.org](http://Opendesktop.org).

Okay, we have some changes to the configuration. Please try again. If it does not work, please write us the username for which the form does not work.
Did you also check the spam folder?

@opendesktop Yes. We Check Every Folder In Email. And his Username is Andy2015. We have tried to do it today. But still the same problem.

Thank you very much for this help. I found an email inside the trash. I do not know why it’s in the trash. now i have set up email from Opendesktop. Now I have to reset the password and can login as normal.
